The hotel offers over 3,245 f² (302 m²) of flexible event space available for private social functions and corporate meetings. On the 10th floor, two adjoining ballrooms offer picturesque views of the Chicago skyline with capacity to host up to 150 guests. The Nobu restaurant also offers a private dining room separated from the main restaurant with carved sliding doors made of three distinct wood tones allowing guests to experience the energy of the restaurant whilst in the privacy of their own space.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa continues to bring the latest trends in New-Style Japanese cuisine to life with an extensive menu of inventive dishes and bold cocktails. Guests at Nobu Hotel Chicago can enjoy Nobu’s signature dishes such as rock shrimp tempura, miso black cod and yellowtail sashimi with thin sliced jalapeño peppers - or sample those unique to Nobu Chicago such as their exclusive sakes and locally inspired dishes.

In room dining is available 24-hours a day and draws from the extensive in room Nobu dining menu. All food is created by our chefs in the Nobu restaurant.

Nobu Rooftop

Perched atop the hotel, the rooftop bar offers a sushi lounge as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Sushi Bar

Like a glowing jewel box, the sushi room is nestled beneath the mezzanine level of the restaurant. Guests are invited to dine at the stone sushi bar and watch as their food is meticulously prepared in front of them.
